I've spent several hours today trying to convince myself that this is a small beads version. But after doing the scan, I'm pretty sure that I'm disappointed. Is there anyone with enough experience to know for sure and can confirm my current suspicion that this is a large bead version?

Your right, it's a Large Bead.
And don't waste time looking for a small bead in circulation,
the chances of finding one are just about nil.
