Hi all hope I'm in the right place with this nickel.
Not sure if this is considered a error or not.
Tried researching it and just haven't found any like it yet. Hoping someone has input
To help. Pictures are true to colors.

The color of your coin is caused by toning. And are you talking about Jefferson's missing neck? That would be caused by an Over Polished die issue.

The color. It looks nothing like other nickels. Not Shinny at all.
