Might be an official Greek issue, perhaps with Helios (or other) obverse. A Seleucid issue, with radiate king obverse, seems quite possible.

Not sure, but looks like there may be the "IOXOY" of ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ on the reverse. I'd recommend concentrating on the various Antiochos rulers of the Seleucid Kingdom.

Btw, I think the reverse may be an upside-down eagle standing left...
