i realize there are scratches, on the coin, but I am more interested in the die break between the TIA, on the obverse..
there is no listed variety for this.,.

Die cracks are not varieties .. they are errors and, specifically, die states.

sorry for the wrong inference, I meant to say error. But there is no die break error, mentioned for this year..

I see a line in the scalp of the King (obv.), and an irregular curved line above the tree. (rev.)

From these pictures, I cannot tell if partial flan failure or scratch on the coin.
Would need closer up micrographs for that.

However, if you knew what to look for, a hand held visual inspection, with the assistance of a 10x loupe, may be sufficient to determine if scratch or flan failure. You would need to form your own opinion, because you would be doing the hand held inspection.
