Here's 4 hours of looking at a nearby school. The play areas where strip mined so I checked out about 30' all around the areas. Looked on all the down slopes especially around the bottoms of the slopes. Also checked out the wash areas as well as the drainage areas (low spots where the water runs). All and all not a bad day.

The slugs where a bit surprising, but considering the area I can believe it.

I keep telling myself that I need to take a vacation and have you show me what you do to get so much neat stuff. Nice finds, especially the ammo, do you find that that often?

This school is right next to an Army base. Come to think of it it might have been part of the base at one time. But I do find my share of them at many different places. I pretty much dig every signal. Alot of the time I already know what it is but there are those few times when it turns out to be some jewelry or something pretty cool. It makes for alot of digging. You can't find it if you don't dig it.
