I returned a coin I had purchased on ebay, and the seller charged me a restocking fee which the seller did not mention in the item's description.

I am trying to get my restocking fee money back.
Any advice on what paypal department can help me. A direct link would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, PP

If they didn't mention anything about a "restocking fee" in the return policy, then they should not be able to charge one. You can open a dispute in Paypal's Resolution Center. Can you link the auction?

Thank you very much Biokemist for the help! Paypal refunded $300 to me after a bad seller that sold me a problem coin and then charged me a restocking fee upon returning the coin. Once again, thanks to Biokemist and Paypal. -PP
