Just got this coin the other day, is this the overdate 1854/4? Or possibly 1854/1?

It is known as an 1854 over inverted 4.

Yes, agreed but IMO no added value for any of the 1854 types; that looks to be a nice coin above VF if not damaged excessively, maybe EF.
