Thanks in advance for your help, posting two others as well. Even after staring at many examples, I'm still challenged to accurately grade in the AU to low MS. PCGS's Photograde is often less than helpful in this range.

What complicates accurate grading on this one in particular is the apparent weak obverse strike, with mushy details around Liberty's hairline/curls and hair that sticks out around where her ear would be. Definite Full Bands on the reverse on this one!

You have my hands tied . The hair ,cap and wing is the only area of wear or weakness in strike . And I'm honestly
stump on this one . Calling all Merc experts .FSB looks promising .

for this coin the reverse bands are dull telling me the coin has been handled a lot and circulated. the vertical bands are separated and the diagonal band edges are complete so I think its higher than XF. based on the small amount of remaining luster and overall look I'm at AU50. to go higher than that I like to see more luster especially across some of the higher devices and a little more sharpness to the edges

hope that helps

This item had zero bids until the last seconds (SB was $80). I sniped at $101, and a single bidder beat me to it. Should have bid higher, I'll never know how high they went.

Thanks Fayette1800, please let me know if you see one! I'm typically looking on ebay and Heritage. Any other venues I should be tracking?
