This gives me a sense of being lightly mishandled, perhaps because of the faint tarnishing on the queen's cheek and open reverse fields, so I'll say AU-58.

@DBM I looked at that about 5 times before posting, from all different angles. I determined it to be a tone spot. Now, I look at it again, and it is indeed a slightly raised dot. I think I read a term for that earlier in the day.
