In addition, you can learn about Indian Head cent errors and varieties and check your coins for any of those, some of which bring modest premiums in any condition.
Generally speaking, dealers won't want much to do with cleaned common date IHC lots, however, if you list them on ebay or a similar auction site, there is usually at least some demand for "cull" Indians -- I see rolls of common-date IHC's "With Issues" sell for $5 to $30 or more all day long depending on the average condition and the "issues."
