Why, yes. Yes it is indeed. I think this is one of those overlooked series. The coin in question appears to have "cabinet" toning. And I approve.

Absolutely. Beautiful design and very interesting series, but like Half Dimes their popularity is held back by their small size

Maybe not a highly collected series, but try and find a decent Three Cent Silver cheap....not happening.
