It's hard to tell with those pics. Are you talking about the rim of the coin? Looks to be PMD at this time.

Hard to tell with the photos sideways and out of focus
but I can tell it's not a broadstrike. Probably PMD

If you want to learn what an error is, study this website.

Also suggest looking through some of the previous postings
in this forum to learn what is and is not an error.
Probably over 90% of postings that people think might be
an error is just damage.

It looks like a parking lot coin, for sure it is a damaged coin.
