Would anyone mind #128064;#128064; at this quarter and sharing some of their knowledge whether this is a mint error? It's pretty noticeable on the the obverse.
Thank to all, Pqam

That's a tuffy. My first thought is something like glue is on the coin? You posted in the wrong section BTW.

I am thinking that it's glue or something stuck on the coin.

Is it raised or incuse?
It looks like it may be incuse in which case
it would probably be a struck through.

First, I apologize for posting in the wrong place. Also sorry it's taken so long to respond. There is nothing foreign on the coin in the messed up spot. A punch through is interesting. I will look that up and compare. Thank you

JOHN1, I kneal before you, for you are a coin deity. You called it. I took it to the local coin shop. I was so excited thinking I finally found something interesting. Of course, he was all smiles and giggling. As he drew his little prick and commenced to burst my happy bubble with reality . I cant believe it , GLUE!!
Thank you for your knowledge
