Not an error. It's just heavy and deep scratches on the coin. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

Those are large gouges in the coin caused by something out of the mint. This is referred to as PMD, (post mint damage). Notice how the metal is pushed to the sides and the end of the scrape? That's a big pointer that it's damage and not a strike through. When something damaged the coin, it pushed the excess metal around. Keep looking!
