I'm sorry, but unfortunately it's a heavily circulated and damaged coin. This coin is showing a lot of Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It has had a very rough life. It's a spender unfortunately.

It's a lil rough but if u look at it closer there is another nose in front of his nose and behind his head is the hair of another head
