Personally I am under the impression that coins graded by PCGS hold a bit more of a premium than ICCS but thats my opinion.

@Coin-Flipper: your statement certainly holds true for mint state coins... but PCGS and ICCS definitely have different grading criteria for circulated coins... I cannot speak to circulated grades with PCGS, as the only circulated coins I have sent have been major errors (and the grade does not matter).

Any perceived premium of PCGS over ICCS coins, is in the seller's asking price because he is trying to recover the excessive difference he paid to PCGS and probably to obtain the same grade. Buy the coin, not the holder.
