I cannot speak to circulated grades with PCGS, as the only circulated coins I have sent have been major errors (and the grade does not matter). tripoli Pillar of the Community Canada 867 Posts	Posted 03/12/2019 11:14 am Any perceived premium of PCGS over ICCS coins, is in the seller's asking price because he is trying to recover the excessive difference he paid to PCGS and probably to obtain the same grade.
