Hi everyone, I noticed a very little dot on Queen's cheek

of a 1945 2005 V-day p nickel. Is that possible?

In case it be would it make the coin a highly valuable one?

Probably a chip on the die.
If so, not much of a premium.

To the CCF

Always supply pictures with your question.
There are many variables that can happen to any coin.
In your case it could also be a small pit mark in the
Chrome plating of the die as well as a die chip.
In either case, there is not much added value.
