I dont know much about coins and in my hand came one piece of one Euro with the owl that doesn't have the stars on it nor the dade it was Made and an other two Euro coin from 2002 depicting Europa but the stars on the silver part are on reverse and of center since the "o" on the word "Euro" is on the bottom side of the coin and the date is on the front and right side of it.
I want to know if these are mint or post mint errors and if they have any value
Thank you in advance!

Coins have been altered so there is no value.
Someone has removed the centre core and flipped them.
It is impossible for this to happen when the coin was minted
as the centre core is inserted in the blank before it is struck
so it would be in register when it left the mint.

Also there is no such thing as a post mint error.
Anything that happens to a coin after it is struck is post mint damage.PMD

I see, thank you for your info, what about the missing stars on the one euro? How can one erase them?
Sorry if my questions are stupid or naïve I Just dont know anything about coins but they are quite interesting!
Ohhhh I knew I said that wrong but I couldn't remember the exact word so I improvised
Also how can you tell it's PMD,what kind of register is that?

Hard to tell from those photos, but the stars may have been intentionally removed. (grinding?)
PMD is just the abbreviation for Post Minting Damage.
It means the coin was damaged after it was struck.
Errors can only happen during the striking of the coin.

Last question out of curiosity,is there anywhere a list of "official" mint errorsof euros I can check out?
I mean with every mint error that has ever recorded or something like that
