Just acquired this great condition coin, but there is a big blue thing at the top of the reverse . What do you think the grade is for this coin?

Pics need to be sharper to see the hits. Since so many 50-Ds were hoarded rather than circulated, I'd guess this is an MS coin, but one damaged by verdigris.

Click onto the photos ,they will enlarge enough to grade .
I believe that green spot is more corrosion than verdigris.
There are no hits on this coin and no wear . I would not detail this 50-D . Still displays plenty of original mint luster . An uncirculated coin ( not full steps ).

with bopper. If it is conserved it will straight grade, however we're grading as is where is.
