Have I missed something in the rules about logging in that I need to review. I have been a member of this board for a few months and about once a month I am not allowed to log in and need to go and create a new password. Am I the only one this happens to or is this a safety precaution?
Maybe you just find yourself logged out? If that is the case, it's a normal thing and you just need to login again, with the same username and password.
There are certain sites that I stay logged into at all times because how often I visit them, and this is one of those sites. I do not get a message, but it shows that I am not logged in and when I go to do so it says the password is not correct. So what I end up doing is redoing my password (which is the same one as before) and then it allows me to log back in. It just seems weird that everything works for a month and then I need to sign up again.
Login here is valid for 30 days, so you will find yourself logged out if you spend that time without going through the login process again. Passwords do not expire, ever. Maybe your browser has your password saved and it's not the latest one?
