I'm going through a Canvas Mint Bag of these cents and I wanted to get an Idea of what this coin might grade. I wanted a starting point to compare others too. I've never had a coin graded or even held one for that matter, so I need all the help I can get. I see a couple nicks on this coin, one on the 8 and one on a column. The shoulder and STA areas look better than most, so I wanted to see if anyone thought this one might make a PCGS MS65-66. Thanks Mitch

Some shaffing on the bottom of bust and scratch on reverse steps . Nice coin but I wouldn't send it in for grading .

That's an excellent example of a normally poor issue.

While searching, the first things to look out for:
1) eye appeal 2) luster (brighter the better) 3) clean fields

I think that column hit prevents it from 66. The area between the Memorial and One Cent looks odd but that might be lighting.
