Not sure exactly what you're asking. I don't see any doubling in either the denomination or the date. Could be the picture too. Could you be more specific?
Certainly could be a 63. Tough to say as each picture looks different, the last picture you posted is hiding alot of imperfections that are easy to see in other pictures and make it look MS64. If you add all the pictures together I'd say easily 62 with a great chance at 63. Sometimes you can lose perspective with a coin like this because in reality it is very small so certain marks might not be apparent in hand. Seems like there are a decent number of marks on the neck, behind the head and in front of the chin(one larger). Who graded it before? Why is it already broken out of the holder?
