I'd like to test my grading skills (or lack of them). I am thinking this is somewhere between a VG and an F. A lot of the skirt lines are visible. What do you folks think?

Thanks,
Chris

Reverse suggests no better than F-15, obverse (under that gunk) looks more like low VF.

VG-1O . This type of environmental damage will not improve without a scrub down but then you ruined the coin for good .
Sorry for the bad news . I would just let it be .
