I read that this date can be seen to be "semi key" -

what letters are visible in LIBERTY on the Band on the
obverse. With LImaybe some of the B letters visible under my loup, and a
tiny F in the top right corner of the flip, I do not know
what to think. The reverse is nicer. Anyhoo, enough
blathering here is the coin.
