Good morning coin community! Need your evaluation if this dime is damaged or if it is indeed an error. On the left side of reverse I see what appears to be an "extra" leaf or possible a die blot. Also, does it appear like torch is doubled? Thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated as always!

That's called a Die Chip. It's pretty common on the newer Dimes and carries no extra premium.
