Hello, looking to see if there is any value as an odd coin due to its square token hole and double die crack? I'm not a collector any details and potential value would be appreciated,. thanks.

Not much value here, I'm afraid.

Drumroll please ! Your coin is worth.... 1 cent ! What you have is a bent coin that was hammered flat, causing the splits in the planchet.
Long ago, clothes didn't have pockets and many people carried coins on a cord or leather strip by punching a hole and stringing them like beads - early money belt.

I agree with Terry. The coin didn't circulate much and was heavily bent, then pounded back semi-flat, breaking/splitting the planchet. The square hole is from an old square nail or punch. It could have been used for anything, as Terry says, but also maybe a spacer/buffer/shim.
