Looking to see if any of my coins are worthy of PCGS.

Thanks

What do I need to look for for MS67 or better grade when comparing to what I have? That way I can find the money maker

for 67 no big hits, almost no small dings in the fields, few small dings on the devices, excellent eye appeal which generally means natural color, no spots, and at least average strike firmness for that date

few business strike coins, even fresh directly from the mint's exit door, are MS-67

My favorite place to learn what an MS67 coin looks like is to go look at photos of recently auctioned coins.

https://www.PCGS.com/auctionprices/

You'll need to dig deep, open the auction to get to the photo link of the coin. Stick to the Heritage auctioned coins for starters as they tend to have really nice photos where you can zoom in big time.

Marks on shoulder and left obverse field hold this to 64RD for me.

MS-64RD, not a TPG coin.
Rest in Peace

Again, based on the browning I see that your light is cutting through in the first two pictures.

Agree with other poster, PCGS and ha.com completed sales. Spend some hours looking at slabbed examples.

Finding super, gem Memorial cents in the raw is very difficult. I've searched a couple hundred thousand coins looking and only found a few.

Here's my 1968D. What you need to look for first is bright, flashy, blazing luster and eye appeal. After that look at the quality of the fields and, lastly, little distractions (hits, imperfections).
