No specimen strikes were issued in 1941; looks like a high MS strike with cameo.

There is definitely a premium for GVI cameos, as they are less common than on Elizabeth coins, but it will depend on the year and grade.

For example, I recently got a 1940 25c MS64 heavy cameo.
Regular ones go for around $60, whereas the one I got was $140.

I also got a 1947 B7 $1 MS62 cameo.
Regular ones go for around $225, whereas the one I got was $270.

However, 1939 MS63 dollars are around $40, and there are MS63s with cameo on ebay right now, also for $40, so no premium for this particular year and grade.

yeah for sure ! :) I mean grading is like 12$ but in this case, could be a very high MS and I paid 20$ for it..

The nicks on the eyelid and cheek won't help it.
I think it will come back MS63 Cam.

Detail looks well struck up - maybe early die state.

Is the nicks affect the grade if they are circulation were off yes? But can it just be a lusting loss?

A real beauty ! Obvious cameo, but can't quite tell if it's enough to be heavy/deep cameo.

Recent TRENDS lists MS-63 at $90 Cdn., MS-64 at $220, MS-65 at $1100, but no cameo price, so add some more. (list price, not actual price you can expect)
