Help With Grading A 1964 Dime - Coin Community Forum

I am open to suggestions for a good setup:) Below are three different dimes. The first two are 1964 dimes. What would you grade? Also, I included a 2016 dime (proof?) I found for comparison. All proofs for that year have an S mintmark.
