1961 D 1c Mint Error

Have 1961 penny that looks like it has a few DS on the 'D' mint and in 'Liberty'. It also seems the D was in a slight horizontal position before the second maybe 3rd strike was placed. Taking a guess. Any thoughts on this coin? Ill add additional pics if needed.

I can put up better pictures pics but if you can see...the mint (D) doubling is present even in the pics above. And seem to be done because of the D turned to the side.
