It's a struck through? That's a little different from what I've seen on struck throughs, but it could just be worn down. Might be, thanks Errers.

Jokes aside, you have a coin with a lamination flaw. The chunk of metal aside the rim was folded over from the rim itself. You can see some of the missing rim right there. The rest is only potential. It probably won't amount to any separations, but there is definitely a "fault line" there.
