I will give it a 66.
GO 70 first, then for each carbon spot take away a point.
Then, go to PCGS and compare...Their highest graded coin in that denomination is 67+

Thanks, and could you look at the 64 pennys I have listed. I went to PCGS website and the 1 67+ shown has nicks and scratches and discoloration. The 2 coins I have I think knock that one out of the park. Whats your thoughts?

Not clear enough but I do see a mark on the forehead and ware in the hair around the ear.
