1915 Lincoln Cent In An Old Pin!

I purchased this button a few weeks ago and was looking for some input.

The coin itself is a 1915 full red, sharply struck beauty. The pin is very cool as well but I'm not sure whether or not to crack it and send it in for grading, as I assume it to be MS66 or higher (but tough to say behind the old plastic, and being unable to see the reverse) or to leave it encased...
