From what I've read , it seems to mean a coin could grade all the way up to a certain grading. As in: This 1982 Jefferson nickel can grade out at a Ms 63. I'm pretty new, but from what I've read that's what I get. Pam V Also if you read on this forum "Grading Older Commemeritives" They use this term.
The best thing you can do is ignore the this would grade s claims especially with rolls. Ask if they'll give a contract assuring that or say you'd buy it once graded. Marketing is marketing
