The RB is a color designtion. For copper coins we use three color designations to descibe the color and luster of a coin.
RD, stands for Red. Obviously the best, it means full origninal color and luster. RB, stands for red brown. Usually for coins with 35%-80% of the original red color. Still nice but luster will be subdued. BN, stands for brown. For coins with 30% or lower of original luster. Most have either no red color left and will be a brown color. Others are left with attractive toning, or may show hints of red in the sheltered devices.

PCGS BN is 5% or less red, NGC it's 15% or less red. RB is obviously everything in between

I'm wondering why both companies does not on the same page. it is really a big cap in between 80% and 95%
