Approximately ½ of diddly squat. I think they use them for fuel and insulation.

You see, the country of "Little Silver" had the kind of inflation problem the US is going to have in your lifetime. In fact, they have had probably the highest inflation rate in the world for the last 50 years.

These are the New Peso 1976-83 issue. A New Peso replaced 100 Old Pesos.

They were replaced by the Peso Argentino, 1983-85. Everything you have here wouldn't buy 1 Peso Argentino, which took 10,000 New Pesos.

It didn't end there, of course. Peso Argentino were replaced by the Austral, 1985-92. It took 1000 Peso Argentino to get one Austral.

And the Austral was replaced by the Peso. Want a Peso? 10,000 Australes, please.

I'm not sure if those are the present Pesos or not. Those are worth about 33˘.

I see a million peso note on ebay for 99˘, unfortunately, shipping from OZ is $4.

An interesting display would be examples of all these, or at least one of each monetary system.

Shame they didn't print them on slightly bigger paper, they'd at least be useful in the building with the moon on it.
Rest in Peace
