Petty Crime: Stolen Circulation Grade S Quarters From Hobby Lobby

I haven't seen this yet but I would imagine it's probably common elsewhere. I went into Hobby Lobby for some supplies when I saw this national park quarter book with a noticeably absent S quarter in the front. Checked the book behind it and sure enough it's quarter was also missing. The poor soul who did this couldn't even be bothered to get a BU roll of these for face but instead had to stoop to this.
