As stamp collecting in my country (Croatia) is almost extinct and one of most enjoyable part of collecting is interaction with fellow collectors, few years ago I switched to coin collecting. It's more enjoyable because there are people willing to help and share same passion. My interests are mainly in US coins but I did pick up some nicknacks from other countries.
