If anyone here live is boise Idaho and is part of this club how is it.yes or no on coin clubs or just stick to forums and shop and shows for help.

I wish I could find a local-semi local club to be apart of. Good luck with yours!

This is my coin club. The cornfield that I live in doesn't even have a coin shop, let alone a coin club!!

I don't know anybody or any local group related to coins. So I depend on the forum for everything.

Sure wish we had a coin club in this area as that would lead to coin shows and more trading!!! Until then I will be content to be in the world's largest club right here on the internet!
Rest in Peace

I gotta go along with ndgoflo's assessment except that instead of a cornfield, I live in the desert. The nearest coins of any type are in the RV park's laundry dish, I have no idea how far away the nearest collector might be, and the nearest coin club is probably in Phoenix, some 90 miles east and there ain't no way I'm gonna drive in that suicide traffic. I like it here on the forum just fine and it meets my craving for contact with other coiners.

Rest in Peace

Just left our monthly coin club meeting tonight. Was packed in there like sardines tonight. Most members I've seen at our meetings since I started three years ago. Picked up a couple of Ikes for my collection. Just happened to be home tonight for a change as I'm usually on the road when the meetings are held. So really enjoyed the time to see fellow members and the new members that were there. Mike

But that is ok I still learned about history of coins for collector who have been doing it some 50 yr so think it will be fun to do. The good thing is they put on two show a year so I will get to help those which will be fun
