Well I searched CCF Errors for 2000 Virginia State coins and have not found anything like this. I have suspensions on what happened but am posting here for opinions. If this is not the right place for this, then just let me know and I will delete. It starts with the T in UNITED and it gone by the time you get to the C in AMERICA
