Hi guys, I found this 1847 Seated Liberty dollar on ebay, it was a little cheaper than usual though, so I wasn't sure if it was real. What do you guys think? Real or replica?

Fields and reverse look off, hope seller had returns. If not that's the first thing to watch for when dealing with coins like this.

Where does it say sterling? Or is that what is meant by "SILVER Karat"? So the coin is still worth silver value then? Or not even that?
