2019 D LSC, I Believe This May Be A Minor DDR

The 2019 D LSC have just started circulating around here and I received two of these in change this morning. What makes me think this is a minor DDR is the fact that the B is misshapen in the designers initials LB. The O in ONE also appears to be thicker than the others I have seen. While I know the lettering on Denver minted shield cents are thicker than their Philly counterparts they are also uniform in their thickness. These two are not. Thoughts?
