Looks like heat and another element caused this tone. If it has a unique tone it could catch u a few bucks at most. Its a spender

to CCF. Going to need better photos,but I think I see some nickel showing on the edges. Not missing clad layer,post strike damage.

If it is missing the clad layers on both sides, it will weigh light and be thin. If it weighs about right for a dime and isn't thin, then it's toning.
