As a general rule,a modern coin needs to grade at least a 68 to justify all costs involved in having it slabbed. Also,the slabbed coin needs a retail value of at least $150 to justify the costs involved.

Maybe ,but in my opinion that slight discoloration on those sharp steps do not tell me that the coin is circulated . neither those the rest of reverse .
