The photo makes the surface look a little weird, but it's shiny and scratch free. Came from a BU roll.

I don't usually condone this practice but if that came out of a BU roll and it truly has no scratches then I can advise you to give it a 2-4 second dip in E-Z-EST Silver dip with an immediate rinse in distilled water and dry .

I've looked at a lot of pictures of graded PL coins that look that way taken with a phone camera.
