Hi all, I read that if only one line touches the canoe, it's not the short water-line variety. Understood but I'm wondering what contitutes a line...? On this one, the line thins and trails off. Just testing how severe that marker is...

I don't think that would be graded as a SWL.
There is not supposed to be any part of the line
touching the canoe.

According to Charlton's if any line touches the canoe it's FWL
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
