Basically they are the same. Chips are just considered smaller than breaks.
Just like your favorite coffee mug. Chip it and it's not a big deal. Break it, and you don't have your mug any longer.

Good analogy stoneman227.
A die chip is smaller then 4 mm, anything larger is
considered a Die Break.
Don' t ask me why, dems the rules.
