It looks to be quite valuable if legit. The grainy nature of your photos makes it difficult to evaluate. I suggest you take better pictures front and back. If you are taking a picture with your phone, sometimes it helps to hold the phone away a bit further and zoom in to get better focus.

Here is a link to your coin on NGC. Those values are typically inflated, but you can get a sense of its value.

I have seen fleck marks before, on English gold guinea coins that have come up for public auction.
I haven't researched this feature, and so I am unable to comment much further.

Nevertheless, much better pictures are needed, for all of us to get a better idea of what fleck marks look like.
