It is a 1996 D LMC and while it is similar to the WDDR-008 the bar on the column is a little longer. May be a different stage. The last pic was borrowed from Wexler's site. So, since I am giving this cent away and IF it is a new listing, it is yours to to send it in and have it attributed and have your name as the finder.
