16.6 grams, 30 mm. I can't read anything on the obverse, and can't make any sense of the letters on the reverse.

May be CEPΔIKHC on the reverse...maybe a Caracalla from Serdica, Thrace?

OK Bob, I am just going to change my comments from Severus Alexander as the jaw is more filled out and you are probably right with Caracalla.
